I am thinking about selling and Sondra put together a very detailed price analysis report for me. It shows the recent local sales similar to our house and then she used that data and her own local knowledge to estimate a sale price for our home based on our neighborhood, specific location, updates, lot size, etc. If I decide to sell, I will definitely use Sondra as my realtor.
